Click Plan Management's approach is a little bit different from some other Plan Management providers. The Directors of Click have over 23 years combined experience working within the Disability sector and are committed to doing a bit more than just pay the bills! The Click model of service includes providing support and guidance to build capacity in participants and their families to manage their plans in a way that meets their individual circumstances.
Click will review your budgets at quarterly intervals and discuss with you how your plan is tracking. We can also provide assistance to access services and support you to utilise your funds throughout the duration of the plan.
At Click Plan Management we have invested in software that enables you to have your funding in the palm of your hand. We provide you with access to an app for your smart devices that allows you to approve invoices in real time and also view your NDIS funding budgets on the go!
We also provide a Client Portal which can be accessed via the "Portal Login" button above. This will allow you to access your information and approve your invoices easily!
We ensure that any accounts that we pay have been approved by you the participant or your Plan Nominee as verification of the services that have been delivered to you. Once approved, to ensure that you receive continuity of support with the providers you choose, we commit to prompt payment of all accounts (on valid plans and valid invoices) within 2 days of approval.
